So the sea was too rough to doing some diving this past weekend, but that didn’t stop us we dove under a bridge instead! The Blue Heron Bridge is located at Phil Foster Park and is a great shallow dive for all. Our dive profile was 14 feet for 67 mins using my Suunto D4 computer. There is a trick to diving this site…you need to know the tides because it is best to dive this site with the incoming tide, this is when the clear water flows in and you can get some great visiblity there. The bridge pillings are teaming with life…it was a photgraphers dream for macro shots. I shot video for this dive so stay tune for the footage! This is a shore dive so you must bring a dive flag to dive it. There are bathrooms and a shower on-site plus you can make it fun because there are BBQ areas and tables to make a day of the diving. We went along with the South Florida Women Divers club…but I brought Jeremy and Brett along![]()
We all enjoyed this dive especially Jeremy & Sara, they even shared in a kiss!!!
